- The purpose of the subject of the public contract is the construction of a new free-standing covered repair hall with a technical annex, including related infrastructure, according to the project documentation CONSTRUCTION OF A HALL IN SU HAVLIČKůV BROD, processed by BP projekt, s.r.o., registered office Havličkova 234/1, ZIP Code 757 01, Valašske Meziřiči, according to the joint construction permit issued by the decision of the Railway Office no. DUCR-8075/22/Ka, dated February 9, 2022, supplemented by the decision of the Ministry of Transport
ref. MD -12079/2022-130/5, dated 24/01/2023.
The operator of the existing buildings in question in the location of SU Havličkův Brod areČeske drahy a.s., Regional maintenance center east.
This is the implementation of construction works according to the project documentation. The public contract also includes the equipment of the construction site, all tests, revisions and documents in the Czech language that are necessary for handing over the work and subsequent use of the work, seizure, removal anddisposal or storage of all waste generated during the execution of the work, storage of excess soil and other activities necessary for the proper execution of the work, especially geodetic surveying of all and covered parts of the work and proper training of all persons moving on the construction site and ongoing cleaning of the building and arrival at the siteaveniště.
The contract for the performance of the subject of the public contract according to § 124 ZZVZ shall be concluded by the contracting authority with the selected supplier. The selected supplier will be a participant in the procurement procedure, which the contracting authority selects on the basis of the rules for the evaluation of offers specified in Article 8 of this ZD to conclude the contract ("selected supplier")... - Documents :
