- The subject of the public contract is the services of the study - biosemeological research with a focus on invertebrate animals. The aim of the project is to monitor the revival of invertebrates, including the assessment of other biotic (functional structure of cave substrate microbiome) and abiotic parameters (microclimatic conditions, selected cave substrates and water) on them followed by commonly inaccessible sections. The obtained data and their comparison between the used and less influenced and less altered sections will be used for assessing the existing situation and for possible rectification of operating and conservation measures in the monitored caves and cave systems. Monitoring invertebrate animals in accordance with the methodology of biospeleological survey of caves and karst phenomena - invertebrates (Tajovský 2016).
