- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the contract is the repair of the balcony and the street facade and the repair of the entrance hall and plasters in the common areas of the rental house on Starobrněnská Street no. 289/7. It is a rental house of Adolf, Bernhard and Max Kohn, one of the first Art Nouveau houses in Brno, which with its valuable early Art Nouveau facade from 1899 represents an important architectural monument and an important urban component of the street front of the historical center of Brno. The house consists of a street queue and a rear house of an irregular ground plan.
