- STABILIZATION OF CHAMBERS 3/3 SEG. III A 21 SEG. IV., EQUIPMENT OF STORAGE CHAMBERS 26 TO 30 TECHNOLOGIES FOR DEFINITIVE FILLING
(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of this public contract is the stabilization of chambers 3/3 sec. III and 21 sec. IV., equipmentstorage chambers 26 to 30 technologies for definitive filling. The technical procedure and implementation of the technical solution for the stabilization of the chambers at URAO Richard is based on two specific facts. It is primarily based on the fact that it is a nuclear facility, workplace IV. category, in the sense of Act No. 263/2016 Coll., Atomic Act, as amended. Furthermore, within the meaning of Act No. 44/1988 Coll., the Mining Act, as amended, URAO Richard is a mine. The progress and result of the work must therefore meet all requirements for the operation of the nuclear facility, workplace IV. category, and at the same time downthe subject of the performance of this public contract is specified in more detail in Annex No. 7 of the tender documentation - Technical procedure and further in Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation - Binding draft of the contract for the performance of the public contract and their appendices. - Documents :
