- (nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is to perform project work (PD), engineering (ID), author's supervision (AD) and cooperation in the conduct of the evaluation committee to select the contractor. The subject of the project is a complete update of the project documentation prepared by the company Artech spol. s r.o., Wenceslas Square 819/43, 110 00 Prague 1, IČO 25024671 and performing this update through the Building Information Modeling method and the follow -up methods of Facility Information Managemet for Management of the building as part of its follow -up life cycle. The project documentation will be prepared according to Decree No. 499/06 Coll. As amended and related legislation. The case of the realization of the construction work will be the construction of a new building C of the future campus of the Crafts of Ústí nad Labem. The building will be carried out in the teaching of socially needed and desired, high -end fields for the corresponding premises such as the fields of car mechanics, auto -electrician, mechanical mechanic, machine tool and more.
