- Description:
- In the exterior, it is a general repair of the facade of the building. At the same time, repair of the eaves walkway on the entrance side of the building will be carried out. Accordingly, a complete repair of the roof walls will be carried out on the entire building. At the same time as the covering, a complete repair of all clamping elements will be carried out, lightning rod, box gutter and roof mesh, shielded and fenced steel structure of the post. Repairs will also be made to all elements of the electrical installation on the facade (main switchboard, fuse box and distribution box with internal equipment, according to light, switch, LV distribution, etc.). IN the interior is about the execution of general construction repairs in two rooms of the subject building, i.e. repair of interior wall coverings, ceilings including paintings and interiors, floors including insulation against ground moisture, according to the repair of all building openings (doors, windows, including window sills and allusion), according to the repair of electrical installations (lights, switches, drawers, electric convectors, LV distributions, etc.) and data and telephone distribution.
