- The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the youth home, namely its II. to IV. phase. The youth home is situated at us. TGM, listed and architecturally important space of Baťa architecture, which is part of the city conservation area. Construction from the 1930s and 1940s consists of a unique urban ensemble by F.L.Gahura. These are buildings typical of its constructivist architecture, visible reinforced concrete structure of columns and beams, brick lining of gray masonry and raster windows.
