- The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the Youth Home, specifically its II. to IV. phase. The building of the Youth Center is situated on the nam. TGM, a historically and architecturally significant area of Bať architecture, which is part of the city's conservation area. Buildings from the 30s and 40s of the 20th century make up the ojunique urban planning collection, the author of which is F.L. Gahura. These are buildings typical of their constructivist architecture, visible reinforced concrete construction of columns and beams, brick linings made of openwork masonry and grid windows.
