- The subject of fulfillment of the public contract is the processing of project documentation according to the standards of ČKAIT services. It is a complete projection and engineering activities and to ensure all necessary decisions, including the acquisition of legal force, to ensure other measures of public authorities or other tasks enablingImplementation of the project entitled "Sports playground at the school - project documentation and engineering activities" in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, including representation in the relevant proceedings. The fulfillment of the subject of the public contract will be carried out exclusively by professionally eligible persons. The subject of filling isIn particular: a) execution of complete design and engineering activities, in particular the elaboration of all necessary documentation for authorization of the intention, ensure all necessary permits of the project (building permit), including the entry into force, to ensure other measures of public authorities or other acts enablingImplementation of the project entitled "Sports playground at the school - project documentation and engineering activities" (hereinafter referred to as "construction") in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act, including representation in the relevant proceedings. The subject of this contract is in particular: -The pre -project preparation for the correct work of the work, including the provision of documents from the Inj administrators.
