Description:
The client is preparing the construction of a new sports hall in Kroměřiž. For this purpose, he had a STUDY drawn up. According to the STUDY, the sports hall is designed as multi-purpose for various sports (volleyball, basketball, netball, floorball, indoor soccer, handball, table tennis, badminton, futsal, gymnastics, danceher sports). An energy model of passive house standards is created for the building. The building will be heated by a ground-water heat pump with geothermal wells, heat recovery is proposed. Vegetation roofs, rainwater reuse. The STUDY also specifies the scope of the necessary surveys.
The subject of performance inconstruction contract is the processing of all stages of project documentation and the execution of related engineering activities incl. author's supervision during construction. The basis for the implementation of the subject of performance is the STUDY.
