- The subject of the performance of the public order is the construction of buildings under the name Sportovni areal Jesenice. This is a new construction of a sports complex including an outdoor sports field, specifically an athletics oval, a football field, a multi-purpose field, clay courts, a workout field, a beach volleyball field, children'splayground, skate park, parkour and climbing wall, as well as facilities for athletics and soccer. The building for football will include a restaurant including facilities for staff (gastro equipment of the restaurant is not the subject of public procurement). Both buildings will be heated by air/water heat pump assemblies. As part of the implementation of the public contract, the construction of an access road will take place, including
public lighting and a parking lot, which belong to the sports area, as well as the construction of engineering networks to connect the area to the water supply and sewerage system and to implement area distribution systems.
