  • Acceptance of the agreed types of waste, their weighing, loading, removal and removal.
    The agreed wastes in the expected amount intended for disposal and removal are as follows:

    We require to document:
    - A signed draft contract, including price calculations, which are available in the form of an attachment to the tender procedure.
    - Extract from the commercial register (ŽL).
    - Valid granting of Consent to operate the mobile device to be usedi, removal, collection or purchase of waste issued by the Regional Office of the South Bohemian Region, Department of the Environment, for the South Bohemian Region in the event that it is the operator of a mobile device for the collection and purchase of waste
    - If the company has been issued with the consent of the relevant Regional Office according to the company's headquarters to operateof a stationary facility for the collection and purchase of waste with its own transport (transportation is part of the operation of the facility and is specified in the approved Operating Rules of the facility), submit the Consent of the relevant KU and the approved Operating Rules of the facility.
    - Submission of the list of waste listed in the approved Operating Rules othersch of waste (which is an integral part of the consent granted), from which it will be clear that the company is authorized to remove the individual types of waste required by us.
    - It is necessary to state in the contract the identification number of the establishment where the waste is further processed for further use or removed.

    Underby making the offer, the company agrees to the terms and conditions stated in the draft contract. The winning company must have a valid bank account published on the tax portal of the Ministry of Finance, to which non-cash payment will be made. Complaint due to disagreement with the terms of reference or the evaluation procedurePublic procurement notices must be delivered within 3 working days from the date of announcement of the public procurement and within 3 working days from the publication of the evaluation of the public procurement. The contracting authority reserves the right to change or cancel the tender conditions within the deadline for submission of tendersprocurement procedure until the moment of the conclusion of the contract, not to return to the participants the bids received as part of the procurement procedure and not to reimburse the costs incurred by the supplier or suppliers to participate in the procurement procedure.
    Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the price offered by the bidder for the fulfillment of comvalid supplies while complying with the requirements of the tender procedure.
    PROPERLY CHECK THE CORRECTNESS OF THE CALCULATIONS AND THE IDENTICAL VALUE OF THE OFFER AND THE DRAFT CONTRACT.
