- Cleaning of waste water using the microbiological preparation in the kitchen block VU 6624 Bechyně - requirement to supply a product that breaks up fats in the waste pipes (including service). We ask you to send all the documents that are necessary for us to assess the suitability of our selection: - the safety sheet of the product according to the EC Regulation, - product sheet of the product, - document or report of the National Institute on the sale of the sale in the Czech Republic, - in the case that you own a laboratory report on the assessment of the effectiveness of your product compared to other products I ask you to send it. If your product is imported from abroad, we ask you to send: - Authorization for sale and application prepared from the manufacturer, - if you are the exclusive supplier of the product, we ask you to send a copy of the contract with the supplier about the exclusive sale (if it is a foreign text , we ask you to prove its valid official translation). By submitting the offer, the company agrees with the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract.
