- Sale of starter accumulators used in equipment managed by the operator VU 6624 Bechyně, which have lost their ability to maintain capacity in a charged state and have met the battery life requirements given by MM - 98 pcs of AKU weighing 4,187.100 kg.new offers, which are available in the form of an attachment to the tender procedure. A complaint due to disagreement with the tender conditions or the procedure for evaluating public contracts must be delivered within 3 working days,which are counted from the date of announcement of the public contract, and within 3 working days, which are counted from the date of publication of the evaluation of the public contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the tendering conditions within the deadline for submission of tenders, to cancel the tendering procedure until the moment of conclusion of the contract, not to return participationtenders submitted, received as part of the tendering procedure and not to reimburse the costs incurred for participating in the tendering procedure.
Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the price offered by the bidder for the completion of a complete sale while complying with the requirements of the tender procedure
