• Description:
• Perform wastewater treatment using a microbiological preparation.
  
  Deliver a microbiological preparation for wastewater treatment to the kitchen operation of VU 6624 Bechyně. The price of the delivery includes the required culture, subsequent deliveries and service of the technology (performance of all service fixture, adjustment of two headsULTRA DOSE EKO 1160, transport and handling), which is provided by the provider as part of the service.
  The total number of exchanges must correspond to the operating conditions of the kitchen unit.
  
  We require for documentation: A signed draft contract, which is available as an attachment to the tender process.
  
  Furthermore, we ask you to send allof documents that are necessary for us to assess the suitability of our selection, namely:
  
  - product safety data sheet according to Regulation EC 1907/2006,
  - product data sheet of the product,
  - document or report from the State Health Institute on the approval of the sale of the product in the Czech Republic
  - if you own a laboratory certificatewe also ask you to send us a report on the assessment of the effectiveness of your product compared to other products. You about sending a copy of smlouvy with the supplier about the exclusive sale (if it is a foreign language text, I ask you to document its valid official translation). the company agrees to the terms and conditions stated incontract litter. The winning company must have a valid bank account published on the tax portal of the Ministry of Finance, to which non-cash payment will be made. A complaint due to disagreement with the tender conditions or the procedure for evaluating public contracts must be delivered within 3 working days, tothese are calculated from the date of announcement of the public contract, and within 3 working days, which are counted from the date of publication of the evaluation of the public contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the tendering conditions within the deadline for submission of tenders, to cancel the tendering procedure until the moment of conclusion of the contract, not to return the participantof the tenders submitted, received as part of the tendering procedure and not to reimburse the costs incurred by the supplier or suppliers to participate in the tendering procedure.
  Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the price offered by the bidder for the completion of the complete RFP while complying with the requirements of the tender procedure.
