Brief description: The subject of performance of the VZMR is the supply and installation of specialized / sophisticated medical SW - retrofitting the MR 3T Magnetom Prisma imaging system (hereinafter referred to as the “system”). MR 3T Magnetom Prisma was delivered to the contracting authority by Siemens Healthcare, s.r.o., on the basis of the purchase contract ev. No. 004/OVZ/21/074-K closed on 23 June 2021, which came from the open procedure of the OŘN-03/21. Currently, this system is fully under the supplier's guarantee. At the end of the warranty, it will be serviced on the basis of a contract for the provision of post -warranty service services ev. No. 004/OVZ/21/019-S closed in the same tender with the same supplier. Due to the elimination of the risk of losing the warranty on the system and preventing possible financial, etc. The contracting authority, as well as with regard to the protection of the contracting authority's investment, will be sent by the only supplier, namely the supplier of the existing Siemens Healthcare system, s.r.o.
