• Description:
• The subject of this contract is understood to be a complete summary of all works, supplies, services and all possible prescribed tests connected with securing the contract for the modernization (reconstruction) of the existing stable for pig breeding on the Lišany farm, according to the project documentation that is part of the assignment of this VR. The detailed award of the contract is given in separate attachments to the procurement documentation, which consists of: • Attachment No. 1 - Project documentation • Attachment No. 2 - Measurement statements • Attachment No. 4 - Binding sample contract The supply of part of the material intended for the implementation of this order is not part of this order (VŘ). The material will be delivered to the winning bidder by the contracting authority. All such material is listed in the bill of quantities with a zero price (so the price is not filled in for these items). Victorious During the construction, the participant will be obliged to take over these materials from the client on the dates that will be set in the construction schedule and within the construction, provide cooperation with handling (will be specified in the schedule) and ensure assembly (specified in measurement statement).
