- The subject of the public order is the provision of sound systems for the demonstration arena and VIP tribune on the premises of the Military Technical Museum in Lešany during the "Start of the Season" and "Tank Day" events in 2024. their removal.
To this offere submitted within the scope of the VZMR must be attached and filled in with the attachments "Draft contract for the provision of services" and the attachment "Binding price offer". The draft contract must be signed by the statutory body of the participant in the procurement procedure.
Invoice the tax document will be paid within 30 days of its delivery. The customer je is entitled to return without payment an invoice a tax document that does not contain any particulars or has other defects in content and in the returned invoice tax document without payment before the expiry of the due date. The supplier is obliged to correct or prepare a new invoice - tax document. Restoring the factry - the original due date of the tax document ceases to run and starts again from the beginning from the day it is re-delivered to the customer.
The customer does not provide advance payments. The number of delivered equipment and its condition will be checked at the place of delivery upon acceptance. The price offered is the final price and fromit includes all costs of the supplier, including securing the transport of the subject of the contract to the place of performance according to Article IV, paragraph 4.3 of the draft Service Provision Agreement and from the place of performance and is unchanged for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.

Military Technical Museum Lešany, Lešany u Tynce nad Sazavou, 257 42 Krhanice (GPS: 49.8551675N, 14.5439044E).
The contracting authority will only evaluate the offer of suppliers that meet the qualification requirements listed in point 3.
The contracting authority has chosen the criteriam evaluation of the lowest bid price.
The bid price including VAT is the final and decisive price for bid evaluation and the supplier is bound by it for the entire period of performance. In the event of a bid price submitted by a non-VAT payer, his bid price without VAT is the final price, i.e. it is not adjusted (not added to).ouvy is part of the tender documentation. This proposal must be completed by the supplier, signed by an authorized person and returned as an attachment.
By signing up for the tender, the applicant agrees to the terms and conditions in the draft contract and the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense in the version valid for the dateupon publication of the invitation to tender.
The draft contract is part of the procurement documentation. This proposal must be signed by the participant and returned as an attachment. In the event that the draft contract will be signed by a person other than the participant's statutory body, a written authorization for this act must be part of the offeror by the participant's statutory body.
Part of the tender documentation is Annex No. 2 of the draft contract "Binding Price Offer", which the participant fills out and returns as an attachment to their offer. Bids that do not contain the required attachments will be automatically excluded from the tender process!
When entering the nosti or the entire public contract to a subcontractor, the participant is obliged to provide as an attachment the identification data of this subcontractor, including his required relevant authorizations and a written commitment between the participant for the public contract and the subcontractor in the required scope of the public contract or an affidavitthe participant that, in the event of a winning bid, he will conclude a written commitment (e.g. a contract) with the subcontractor and send a copy of it to the contracting authority before concluding the contract between the contracting authority and the participant. If the above documents are not submitted, the participant's offer will be excluded from the evaluationavo to determine the winner in accordance with the tender conditions and after evaluating the risks associated with the performance of the contractual relationship. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the tender conditions within the deadline for submission of tenders and to cancel the tender procedure without giving reasons until the conclusion of the contractual relationship. I will not provide the contractoris reimbursement of the costs incurred by the participant for participating in the procurement procedure.
The contracting authority sets a deadline for filing complaints due to disagreement with the tender conditions of 3 working days, which is calculated from the date of the announcement of the public contract, and due to disagreement with the procedure for evaluating the public contracta period of 3 working days, which is calculated from the date of publication of the evaluation of the public contract. Other conditions not expressly regulated in the tender procedure are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of the MO version valid on the date of publication of the call for tenders.
Explanation of tender documentation
The supplier is authorized in accordance with § 98 para3 ZZVZ to request an explanation of the tender documentation from the contracting authority in writing. The person submitting the explanation shall publish, send or forward it, including the exact wording of the request, without identifying the supplier requesting the explanation. The contracting authority is not obliged to provide an explanation if the request for an explanation is not delivered on time, i.eat least
3 working days before the expiration of the deadlines according to § 98, paragraph 1 ZZVZ. during the procurement processher;
• not to conclude a contract with the supplier;
• to reject an alternative solution to the performance of the public contract, if the contracting authority did not accept it; - Documents :
