- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is to conclude a contract for work for the construction entitled: "Sokolská 36 and 38 Reconstruction and repair of the house for the needs of the Police of the Czech Republic". Building modifications of the buildings include a complete replacement of window fillings, reconstruction of the historic street part of the facade and facade of the buildings towards the courtyard. After performing probes to the compositions of the existing historical plaster, it is necessary to consider about 90% replacement of the historical facade area. Within I.PP, the rising moisture of the basement masonry will be removed by means of waterproofing liners Rep. Chemical grouting and curtains from the sealing mortar. Due to the amount of internal installations (HVACs, Tue, ZTI, Strong and Weakly Electrical Engineering, etc.), the existing SDK ceilings and sheet metal ceilings will be removed and replaced by newly designed, including inspection holes. At the same time, the Tue and HVAC systems will be exchanged and a partial replacement of strong and low -voltage wiring will be replaced. Work will be carried out in non -residential premises, during uninterrupted operation of the building.
