- The subject of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as "public contract" or "VZ") is construction work consisting in the implementation of the following measures: stair area
-placement of a spare battery source of ventilation and an evacuation elevator in a separate fire section within the building
- modification of the EPS (electronic fire system) - starting ventilation of the protected escape route
- modification of the existing outdoor pergolas, which must be rebuilt from non-combustible materials -i.e. steel, aluminum and glass
- building modifications related to the above-mentioned changes.

The current use of the building does not meet the current requirements for safe use
from the point of view of fire safety solutions (personaccording to the existing PBŘ, it is possible to place both persons unable to move independently only on the 1st floor in a maximum number of 8 persons). The aim of the event is to fulfill the legislative requirements from the point of view of PBŘ for the simultaneous deployment of clients unable to move independently and clients with limited ability to move independently even in2nd NP and 3rd NP.
Requirements for the scope of the subject of performance are specified in detail and bindingly in the tender documentation annex No. 1 - Business terms and conditions (Draft contract for the work) and in the tender document annex No. 5 - Construction project documentation including the list of construction works, supplies and services with a reportacreage. - Documents :
