Description:
The subject of the performance of this public order is the development of project documentation and the performance of engineering activities within the project "Social housing of the city of Liberec Na Žižkov II. stage". stage project documentation - including informationmodel (BIM)" project documentation for the construction of new apartment buildings will be developed.
The subject of the project documentation will be II. stage of new construction in the Na Žižkove area. This is the construction of new apartment buildings of a similar type to the one in Na Žižkova Street at residential area No. 911/1 (part), 912 (part), 911/3,865, 910/1, 1134/4 and 862 (part) of Rochlice near Liberec. The client assumes the repetition of the layout typology realized in the first stage and the location of the new construction longitudinally along the contours while maintaining the permeability of public spaces both longitudinally and vertically.
The assumption is a maximum number of 12 apartmentsper entrance and the maximum area of individual apartments according to the specification below. The dimensions and number of buildings are governed by the regulation of the functional and spatial arrangement of the territory. Construction of apartment buildings in II. stage will contain the basic equipment of the apartments, i.e. own sanitary facilities and a kitchen unit equipped inhob, oven and hood. Each apartment building will include non-residential spaces that will serve as storage and common spaces for tenants. The area of each apartment (within Phase II) can be a maximum of 82 m2.
