Description: The purpose of the public contract is to ensure fast and simple electronic communication of VZP CR with insured persons, employers, persons authorized to provide health services, partners of the Czech Republic and other entities, through publicly available electronic communications services, and services of mass distribution of SMS through communication connection VZPCR device to the network provider and service mass distribution of SMS by building an access point directly to the SMS Center of the Provider (ie. Providing telecommunications services SMS gates) according to the current VZP CR needs, incl. Execution of the necessary preparatory activities. Specifically, it is a mass distribution service of SMS, which uses the Czech Republic to send emergency SMS, information SMS and SMS for soft recovery and SMS messages with confirmation code for logging into the portal (E-VZP application).
