Description :
The subject of the VZMR is the preparation of project documentation (hereafter referred to as "PD") at the stage for joint construction and territorial management for the change of heat source consisting in the transition from heating with electric energy - electric boiler room to heating with ground heat pumps - water using geothermal wells in combination with heatair-water pumps and solar heating, including the design of the drilling field of geothermal wells. The public contract will also include the execution of 2 exploratory geothermal wells with a minimum depth of 200 m for each well, including their equipment, injection and measurement of parameters that will serveit to verify the geology and design of the well field. Subsequently, these two wells will become part of the proposed drilling field. The fulfillment of the public order will also include the processing of the framework budget and energy assessment to the extent given by the conditions of the subsidy title of the National Renewal Plan - NPO Call 4/2024 -Reducing the energy demand of the buildings of the state's organizational units.
Technological equipment of the heat source (heat pumps, solar system) will be used for heating, air conditioning, hot water heating and pool water heating of the set of buildings of the Smilovice Educational Facility, listed under no. 91 foundon plots no. 224, 225 and 230 in c.u. Prostředni Lhota, village of Chotilsko.
