- The subject of the public order is the supply and installation of 1,071 water meters with remote reading, including related work (assembly, revival, configuration, commissioning) and ensuring the operation of the system for a period of min. 7 years including maintenance, service, support and replacements (incl batteries) to the extent required by the subsidy conditions. The technical specification of the subject of this public contract is an integral part of Annex No. 3 ZD, or Annex No. 1 of the binding contract proposal. The required measuring devices must be specified meters according to metrological regulations and must be supplied with a valid verification; delivery of documents for verification/calibration is part of the performance. If there will be processing of personal data as part of the operation (e.g. when linked to collection points), the supplier must ensure compliance with the GDPR and adequate information and cyber security.
