• The subject of the public order is the replacement of the ecoblock of the roll oven as described in the plan. 2 tto ZD technically required. 3.6. It is a waste heat unit for the complete processing and use of waste energy contained in the flue gas exits and the tunnels of the PPC256 furnace. In the heat, you will reach the front heat from the flue gas and go to the water drains. The Vmnk thus reduces soot from the furnace flue gas, including CO2 emissions, with the help of the so-called shower room. The resulting waste heat will be used for heating, heating water and as a water purifier for the production of technological products. For this el, it is made like a bite 2000 liter water tank with heating element. The waste heat input will be connected to the stationary energy system. The expected transfer of waste heat input is min. 55 kW of energy per hour in the form of water heat during full operation of the PPC 256 furnace. All technical points and criteria are met no one is serious. If any of the previous points are not met, the offer will be excluded from the evaluation.
