• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the ongoing supply of skin disinfectants for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague and is also defined by the binding draft contracts which are Annex No. 2 of the tender conditions (Annex No. 2a for Part 1 of the Contract and Annex No. 2b for part 2 of the RFP), Annex No. 8 of the procurement conditions - Item price list (Annex No. 8a for Part 1 of the RFP and Appendix No. 8b for Part 2 of the RFP) and Appendix No. 9 of the procurement conditions - Technical parameters of the subject of performance (Annex No. 9a for Part 1 of the RFP and Appendix No. 9b for Part 2 VZ). The public contract is divided into parts: Part 1 VZ - Disinfectants with the active ingredient alcohol or mixtures of alcohols Part 2 VZ - Disinfectants with the active ingredient Chlorhexidine in alcohol or a mixture of alcohols The supplier is entitled to submit an offer until one part or both parts of the public contract. Each part of the public contract will be assessed and evaluated separately. Unless otherwise specified, the tender conditions apply to both parts of the public contract. The amount of the subject of performance in the individual items listed in Appendix No. 8 of the tender conditions - Item price list (Appendix No. 8a for Part 1 of the RFP and Appendix No. 8b for Part 2 of the RFP), is an indicative amount, or assumed. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific quantity and time of fulfillment of individual partial deliveries according to of their immediate or current needs with regard to the composition of patients, without penalty or other penalty on the part of the selected supplier.
