    Description: The subject of the public contract is the creation of a transport management system using multiagent and adaptive systems with artificial intelligence elements:
    • It will be based on traffic control not from traffic stages but from the real numbers of vehicles in the field and determination of traffic intensities in traffic nodes.

    • It will not be based only on predefined signaling plans, but in real time it will be able to evaluate the status of the transport and set the optimal signal plan for that SSZ.

    • The system will work on the basis of the evaluation of the traffic situation across the area (the state of transport in one intersection will be compared with the state of other intersections in the area) and the signaling plan will be applied on individual nodes, which will allow the most extended transport course.

    • At the locations equipped with active tram transport preferences, it must be maintained within the control of the existing transport logic PREFERENCE.
