Description: The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal of simple land consolidation with specification of rations (hereinafter referred to as “JPÚ”) in the cadastral area of Šlapanov, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. Land register (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Cadastral Decree”).
The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office to determine the boundaries of the land.
The perimeter of the simple land consolidation will include part of the cadastral territory of the municipality of Šlapanov. The estimated area of the area is in the cadastral area (hereinafter referred to as the “k. Ú.”) Šlapanov 750 ha.
