- The subject of the performance of the public order "Simple electrification of the Kladno - Kralupy nad Vltavou line incl. Jeneč Středokluky" is:
a) Preparation of the Project Intent according to the Rules for procedures during the preparation of investment and non-investment actions of the transport infrastructure, financed without the participation of the state budget (furtheronly "Rules").
b) Creation of accompanying documentation for the ZP, which will be processed according to the requirements stated in these ZTP.
c) Processing of the notification of intent pursuant to § 6 (hereinafter referred to as "EIA notification") and documentation (hereinafter referred to as "EIA documentation") pursuant to § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. on environmental impact assessment, vvalid wording. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DUSL. The Customer reserves the scope of this performance as a change to the obligation from the contract in accordance with §100 paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The Contractor will carry out the performance on the basis of the Customer's instructions after receiving the Conclusion of the investigative procedure.
d) Construction of Projectsdocumentation for a joint permit according to the Line Act, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the planning permit procedure, obtain a valid planning permit (construction or equipment permit) according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act , effective from 1/1/2024 (hereinafter referred to as "NSZ"), including the assessment of conformity or suitability for the use of an interoperability element or EC by verification of the subsystem by a notified body, ensuring the activities of the OSH coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the processing of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual.
