- The subject of the public contract “Simple electrification of the Kladno - Kralupy nad Vltavou line incl. Jeneč - Středokluky 'is: a) the project project plan according to the rules for procedures during the preparation of investment and non -investment events of transport infrastructure, funded without the participation of the state budget (hereinafter referred to as the "rules"). (b) Making the accompanying documentation to ZP, which will be processed according to the requirements referred to in these ZTPs. c) Processing of the notification of the project pursuant to Section 6 (hereinafter referred to as the “EIA Notification”) and Documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “EIA documentation”) pursuant to Section 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. on environmental impact assessment, as amended. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into Dusl. The Client reserves the scope of this performance as a change in the contract of contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 100 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. The Contractor will be implemented on the basis of the client's instructions after receiving the conclusion of the finding procedure. d) Making project documentation for joint permits pursuant to the line law, which specifies the subject of the work to such an extent that it can be discussed in proceedings for authorization of the intention, obtain a final authorization of the project (building permit or facility) pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll. , Building Act, effective from 1 January 2024 ...
