- The subject of the contract is the preparation of the Project Intent (ZP) with accompanying documentation (DD) and the Project Documentation for a joint permit according to the Line Act (DUSL). (DD) and todocumentation for a joint permit according to the line act (DUSL) of the construction according to the terms of reference, securing the complete document part, processing and submitting an application for the issuance of a planning permit according to the relevant provision of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended, including all required documents,the result of which will be the issuance of a planning permit (construction or facility permit) and cooperation in the issuance of relevant decisions until they become legally binding.
Documentation at the DUSL level will be processed in the breakdown and scope of Annex No. 1 of Decree No. 583/2020 Coll., which the details of the contents of the dock are specifiedmentation for the issuance of a joint permit for transport infrastructure constructions, as amended (hereinafter "Decree No. 583/2020 Coll."), as documentation for the issuance of a project permit.
