• The subject of this public order is: 1. performed design and engineering activities involving: 1.1 development of documentation projects at the construction stage, based on the documentation provided by the client for construction permits, prepared by ehk projekt s.r.o., Boleslavsk tda 133/4, 288 02 Nymburk, I: 09854355 and ASIO NEW, spol. s.r.o., Krova 552/45, 619 00 Brno, I: 29303125; project documentation at the construction stage will be processed in accordance with fees and other legislation, relating its content to the subject fulfilled, especially 157 and 158 of the Construction Act. 283/2021 Coll., in the text of the later regulation, exceptions. 131/2024 Coll., on the documentation of buildings, as amended by later regulations, according to its area. 8 or a new decree, according to the provisions of Act 134/2016 Coll., on previous public contracts, in znn later prescription and exceptions. 169/2016 Coll., on the scope of the documentation of the public contract for construction work and the list of construction works, supplies and services with an order of magnitude 1.2 performance of the function of Coordinator of safety and health protection at work according to 14 paragraph 2 and mouth 18 par. 1 of the Act. 309/2006 Coll., which governs the requirements for safety and health protection at work in primary employment relationships and on the provision of safety and health protection in activities or provision of services outside primary employment relationships (Act on the Provision of Other Conditions safety and health protection at work) in the phase of construction preparation, including the processing of documentation.
