Description: The subject of the performance of the over-limit public contract is the continuation of the Sista project in the form of a framework agreement entitled: "Shared information system of the Czech Republic - Stage 2". The system must be based on modern technologies and the principle of providing microspheres between individual functional units and, while taking into account the SISTA project outputs in the Ecosystem Structure, the use of technologies and, last but not least, the recommendations of suppliers. Important is the innovation of existing ISTA systems and IS beta in the form of consolidation or gradual substitutes so that the risk of "Vendor" or "Knowledge Lock" is significantly reduced. Under stage II.
