Description of the contract: The subject of this public contract is the implementation of activities according to the project documentation entitled Update of the project documentation of rehabilitation in the company PEROVNAnd Hostivar s.r.o., processed by EMSA ekologicke služby, spol. s.r.o., which is annex c. 3 ZD and according to the amendment to the project documentation entitled Refinement Updated project documentation for rehabilitation in the premises of the former company PEROVNA Hostivar s.r.o. processed by LELIO KP s.r.o. inApril and August 2022, which is attached to c. 7 ZD. The subject of the performance is the implementation of a remedial intervention, which will remedy the defective condition caused by inappropriate handling of hazardous substances in the past in the Perovny - Hostivar area, now owned by the company LOGICOR (President Czech) s.r.o. ProjectThe remediation measures taken at the factory take into account current and historical information about the location and are aimed at removing ClU pollution in the unsaturated and saturated zone (the former COV area, around the PJ-2 well, the smelter area).
