• The subject of this public contract is the execution of activities according to the project documentation entitled "Project documentation of remediation (revision III) on the premises of the former company Sara Lee Czech Republic a.s. and on the premises of the former Kazeto Přerov s.p. in Prague Vysočany", processed in August 2025 by the company KHSanace s.r.o., which is Annex No. 3 ZD. The subject of the performance is the execution of remedial works to remove the old ecological burden located on the premises of the former state enterprise Kazeto Přerov, today owned by ŠTIMÁK s.r.o., and on the premises of the former company Sara Lee Czech Republic, a.s., today owned by Nové Vysočany I, s.r.o., in Prague Vysočany. This is the remediation of unsaturated and saturated zones of the rock environment contaminated with chlorinated hydrocarbons, focused on the removal of sources of pollution located on the premises of ŠTIMÁK s.r.o. and pollution in the adjacent part of the premises of Nové Vysočany I, s.r.o. Rehabilitation work also includes construction work - demolition, excavation and earthworks, static securing of excavations and administrative buildings in the premises of ŠTIMÁK s.r.o. Work with an overlap into the premises and in the premises of Nové Vysočany I, s.r.o. will take place in coordination with capital construction.
