II. phase - OSČ operation on existing facilities and newly excavated wells. The aim of protective pumping is) to limitthe risk of the spread of oil substances in the central part of the former warehouse from the basement of the administrative building (former LTO boiler room) to the offices of the administrative building and through underground water in the north and northeast direction to the Doubske potok and to the area of foreign land north of the warehouse - sub-site 1 (sanitation station SAN 1) branch sealing walls.Protective pumping will create a hydraulic barrier, which will remove oil substances accumulated in the northern part of the area of interest in the area in front of the sealing wall and in the area of focus VI (former oil water treatment plant), from where, according to archival materials, the contaminant is demonstrably migrating north withby measure. This will limit the spread of contamination beyond the northern branch of the sealing wall further north to plot No. 100/1 and the Doubske potok - sub-site 2 (sanitation station SAN 2). binding.
Subject to thisVZ is the execution of activities according to the project documentation entitled "ORLEN UNIPETROL RPA, S.R.O. - BENZINA, SPLITTING PLANT, PROTECTIVE REMEDIATION PUMPING OF GROUNDWATER DS LIBEREC, SPECIFICATION OF REMEDIATION WORKS" prepared in June 2022 (updated in September 2022) by MERCED a.s., which is Annex No. 3ZD. The planned protective pumping represents a temporary solution before the actual final remediation of the site, which will include the removal of contaminated soil and the implementation of complete remediation of the rock environment... - Documents :
