Description of the order: Project documentation of the rehabilitation in the company PEROVNA Hostivar s.r.o., prepared by the company EMSA ekologicke služby, spol. s.r.o., which is annex c.3 ZD and according to the addition of the project documentation with the title Refinement Updated project documentation of rehabilitation in the premises of the former company PEROVNA Hostivar s.r.o. processed by LELIO KP s.r.o. in April and August 2022, which is attached to c. 7 ZD. The subject of performance is the implementation of remedial intervention, which dwill go to correct the defective condition caused by inappropriate handling of hazardous materials in the past in the Perovny - Hostivar area, now owned by the company LOGICOR (President Czech) s.r.o. The projected remedial measures take into account current and historical information about the location and are aimed at removalreduction of ClU contamination in the unsaturated and saturated zone (space used to be COV, around the PJ-2 well, area of the mine).
