- The subject of this VZ is the implementation of activities according to the project documentation entitled "ORLEN UNIPETROL RPA, S.R.O. - BENZINA, ODSTĚPNY ZAVOD, PROTECTIVE REMEDIATION PUMPING OF UNDERGROUND WATER DS LIBEREC, SPECIFICATIONS OF REMEDIAL WORKS" processed in June 2022 (updated in September 2022) by MERCED a.s., which is pby log No. 3 ZD. The planned protective pumping represents a temporary solution before the actual final remediation of the site, which will include the removal of contaminated soil and the implementation of complete remediation of the rock environment and groundwater. The design of the works was designed on the basis of and in accordance with the decision of ČIŽP OI Liberec No. ČIŽP/51/2017/398 dated 21.9.2017, imposed on ORLEN Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. - BENZINA, spin-off plant, corrective measures leading to the elimination of the consequences of a defective condition - old ecological burden, sets target limits and deadlines for the implementation of corrective measures.
