The subject of this VZ is the implementation of activities according to the project documentation entitled "ORLEN UNIPETROL RPA, S.R.O. - GASOLINE, SPLITTING PLANT, PROTECTIVE AND REMEDIATION PUMPING OF GROUNDWATERDS LIBEREC, SPECIFICATIONS OF REMEDIAL WORKS" prepared in June 2022 (updated in September 2022) by MERCED a.s., which is Annex No. 3 ZD. The planned protective pumping represents a temporary solution before the actual final remediation of the site, which will include the removal of contaminated soil andcomplete rehabilitation of the rock environment and groundwater. The design of the works was designed based on and in accordance with the decision of the ČIŽP OI Liberec No. ČIŽP/51/2017/398 dated 21.9.2017, which imposes on ORLEN Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. - BENZINA, spin-off plant corrective measures leading to removalconsequences of a defective condition - old ecological load, sets target limits and deadlines for the implementation of corrective measures. - Documents :
