Description:
The subject of the concession procedure is the conclusion of a contract for the operation of sewerage for public use owned by the contracting authority, i.e. the contract for operation in the sense of § 8, paragraph 2 of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply and sewerage for public use and on the amendment of certain laws about water supply and sewerageich), as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZVK"), with the right to select the sewer belonging to the operator in the sense of § 8, paragraph 14 of the ZVK, the subject of which will be the lease of the sewerage system at South Bohemia Airport Česke Budějovice owned by the contracting authority to the operator and the operator's obligation to properly ensure the operationof this property in the sense of the relevant provisions of the ZVK.
