- Conclusion of a framework agreement for the years 2024 - 2026 for the provision of service services for the repair and maintenance of the sublimation printing machines listed in the call and for the supply of consumables. We require a price offer according to the attached schedule No. 1 - price calculations. Attach the completed draft of the frames to the price offerof the agreement, a completed price calculation and an attachment to the framework agreement (fields highlighted in yellow), an affidavit according to the attached model and an extract from the OR (possibly SKD, ŽR, etc.) not older than 90 days, current safety data sheets for the offered substances and mixtures that have dangerous properties (enough in electronic formE).
