- The subject of the public contract is the provision of operational support services for the eREG information system and the provision of application support for IS registration and the solution of development and maintenance requirements, i.e. technical, user and administrative management and operational support including all categories of activities necessaryh for the eREG information system to function without defects and further development of registers. These services mainly mean supervision of the correct functionality and trouble-free operation of the system, including the technical infrastructure on which the system runs, resolution of reported incidents within guaranteed reaction times, realization of change requirements, optimization of performance and further development of this system. The subject of the public contract is the support of the eREG and IS registration information system, their development and further ad hoc services according to the client's requirements.
