- The subject of this contract is the contractor's obligation to provide the services of an independent intermediary in the construction of a tenant's house for the contracting authority under the conditions stipulated by law. 170/2018 Coll., on the distribution of captives and captives, as amended by later regulations (according to Act No. 170/2018 Coll.). As part of the services provided, the selected supplier (hiring agency) will perform the following activities: a) a comprehensive analysis of the contractor's insurance risks, including an assessment of subcontractors and a proposal for the optimal structure of the insurance cover; b) drawing up an insurance program; c) intermediary contact the most suitable insurer; d) management of insurance contracts, including regular revision of their set min. 1 x Ron; e) active representative of the contracting authority during code disposal; f) preliminary consultancy in the field of code prevention. In the framework of the services provided, the user will be responsible especially for: correctness and completeness of the draft insurance program attention to sub-connectors or gaps in the cover procedure with professional p when liquidating the code code caused by incorrect performance of the activity See the relevant documentation.
