• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of post-warranty service services in the scope and specification according to this Tender documentation for the service provision of medical devices manufactured by Olympus for the Faculty Hospital Plzeň (FN Plzeň) for a period of 2 years. Closer specification of the subject of the contract Service security will be provided for endoscopy equipment (endoscopy sets including their accessories, separate endoscopes, endoscope disinfectants and drying and storage cabinets for endoscopes, etc.) manufactured by Olympus, which are owned by the Pilsen University Hospital - the devices in question are listed in Appendix No. 2 of this Tender Documentation. All activities must be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the user's country. Communication with the service organization must be in Czech language. Service services will be provided at a different level of scope for two categories of devices: 1st category - BTK Devices that are subject to safety and technical controls are included in this category. Their list is given in Annex No. 2 of this Tender documentation (on the first sheet of the table file). Service services in this category must include the minimum terms below: •Realization of regular professional maintenance (regular safety and technical inspections) according to § 45 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., in force wording, including service sets, or spare parts designated by the manufacturer for mandatory/regular replacement and electrical inspection of the medical device (if it is an electrical device). •Implementation of the...
