- The subject of the procurement procedure is the negotiation of a framework agreement containing contractual conditions for the performance of individual sub-contracts for the provision of regular servicing, repairs and inspections of approx. 602 units of air conditioners (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment") located in the facilities of electrical stations managed by the contracting authoritye in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation, including the possible dismantling and disposal of the existing Equipment and the generated waste, delivery, assembly and commissioning of the new Equipment and operator training in case of irreparable Equipment defects.
