• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the provision of regular servicing and repairs of vehicles and the contractor. Detailed information on the subject of the public contract is given in the tables. 6 Invitations (table for processing prices) and according to the considered draft of the Rmco agreement. The client requests that the employee, after prior agreement, in urgent situations or in the case of distributed repairs, he provided the client with a replacement vehicle corresponding to the category, at the price agreed in the table for setting prices. A replacement vehicle will be provided to the client for the entire duration of the repair. According to the client, the assistance service and the towing of the immovable i crashed vehicle, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The maximum travel time of the towing vehicle to the emergency site is set within 6 hours from the emergency during the working week and up to 24 hours during weekends and state-recognized holidays. the astnk is obliged to confirm the drinking request for tow and inform the client about the expected time of the towing vehicle's passage no later than 2 hours after the emergency incident (by phone or e-mail). The contracting authority shall ensure the transport of vehicles to the service point and back only if the service point of the vehicle is located within 35 km of according to the client (name distance according to the shortest route and without paid sections in the maps service mapy.cz).
