- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of service services for passenger motor vehicles operated by the operating unit of the contracting authority - the Regional Branch in Přibram. Service services will be implemented on the basis of framework agreements for the provision of service services (hereinafter referred to as "RD") concluded only withby the contractor for each part of the VZ specified later in this procurement documentation.
Public contracts based on framework agreements will be awarded without renewal of the competition in accordance with the provisions of § 134 ZZVZ, while the conditions of performance of the VZ are contained in the RD.
The public contract is in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ divided into 4parts. Pursuant to § 101 paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ, suppliers may submit bids for one, several or all parts of a public contract (for the avoidance of doubt, the supplier may submit a bid for only one part or may submit several bids for different parts or may also submit bids for all parts VZ).
