- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the operation, maintenance, repairs and revision of the waterworks of the flood protection barrier of Libeňske ports as part of construction No. 0012 "Flood protection measures
for the protection of hl. city of Prague", stage 0003 Karlin Libeň, part 31 - Libeň harbors - territory protection, 32 LiBeňske ports - flood pumping station and 33 Libeň ports - anti-flood closure of the port in accordance with the handling and operating regulations and conditions for the performance of technical safety supervision according to Decree 471/2001 Coll., on technical safety supervision of water features, where regular inspections are carried oute control pursuant to Act No. 254/2001 Coll. (water law), since it is a water work II. category.
