- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of comprehensive service services with a guaranteed reaction time and guarantee of system functionality, the provision of safety and technical inspection of medical devices in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and diagnostic medical productsmeans in vitro, as amended, incl. electrical inspections, validation of selected devices and carrying out periodic briefings of operating personnel for the Pilsen University Hospital for a period of 4 years. Delivery of mandatorily changeable sets/kits and material used in preventive and technicalical inspections and service interventions (repairs), not the price of spare parts needed for service interventions such as repairs.
Service security represents the performance of repeated service activities (BTK, electrical revisions, validations) and repairs (to a different extent for individual devices) and will bepuppy for sterilizers, dishwashers, disinfectants and other devices of the manufacturer Getinge listed in Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation.
All activities must be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the user's country, in particular the recommended technical and other standards applicable to the subject of the public contractin terms of its nature and the way of using the serviced equipment.
