- The subject of the performance of this public contract is all matters connected with the activities of the construction manager in the management of the implementation of the project "Service Center Roudnice nad Labem - Construction Contractor" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") and in the supervision of the proper implementation of the Project, including ensuring the compliance of the implementation of the Project withequal regulations, namely in the agreed performance phases of the Project, while the expected value of the Project is CZK 85.5 million.
The complete scope of the subject of the performance of the public contract is specified in detail in the draft contracts for the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") and other documents forming Contract, ktere are part of Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation.
